Tower Lobby and Retail Refurbishment
Asset: 60 Castlereagh St, Sydney
Budget: $13MDescription
The project consisted of the refurbishment of the main entry lobbies on both Castlereagh and Elizabeth St and renewal of retail frontages on Castlereagh St. The bespoke design consisted of all natural products with floor finishes retained for sustainability purposes. The project required significant communication planning to ensure smooth egress was always maintained through the building. Council planning on the street scape was also instrumental in delivery of a successful project. -
Cladding Remediation (2021-2024)
Asset: 8 Nicholson Street, Melbourne
Description
The full replacement of existing ACP cladding at 8 Nicholson and sub-structure was undertaken over a period of several years to mitigate the impacts to existing tenants. Complicated by the presence of a shared service laneway between adjoining lot owners and an active redevelopment of a neighbouring property, the project was successfully executed over several separable portions in response to the risk and operational requirements of the asset. -
Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade (2019-2021)
Asset: Australia Square, Sydney
Description
The project involved a major overhaul of the existing electrical infrastructure, requiring precise scheduling to ensure customers weren’t adversely affected by the works. The project involved an upgrade to sub-mains, replacement of existing MIMS cabling and the relocation/replacement of 3 x major switchboards across the asset. -
BMCS and Mechanical Systems Upgrade (2015-2018)
Asset: Australia Square, Sydney
Description
As part of the NABERS Roadmap, existing mechanical equipment and controls systems were replaced at Australia Square. The project involved the replacement of on floor controllers, central backbone, existing chilled water and boiler systems and associated valve hardware. The project was successful in achieving the target NABERs rating.
